Ping Test version for Android

How to get access

  1. Send your Google Play email

Email us from your Google account or include its address in the message.

  2. Wait to be added

Accounts are added manually, so access may not appear immediately.

  3. Install Ping

Open the link with the same Google account and follow the Google Play instructions.

Why we are opening the test

Ping is preparing for its Android release. We need to test the current build across different devices and system versions, find issues, and understand which parts of the app need more work.

Participants receive the test version through Google Play and can use new builds before the public release. This version is for testing: it may contain bugs, and some features or interface elements may change during development.

What to know before installing

  • Access requires the email of the Google account currently selected in Google Play on your Android device.
  • Do not send your password, verification codes, or payment details.
  • If Google Play says that the page is unavailable, check the selected account and make sure its email has already been added to the tester list.

How to help after installing

Use Ping in your normal scenarios: sign in, open chats, send messages, and check notifications and calls. If something does not work as expected, email info@my-ping.app. Include your device model, Android version, the steps you took, and what happened. If possible, attach a screenshot without personal or secret information.

Read the Ping Privacy Notice to learn more about personal data processing.
