Consent for personal data made publicly available

1. Controller and purpose

The data subject gives separate consent to Ilya Yuryevich Serdyukov, tax ID 344812968519, Riera de Sant Pere, 142, 08338 Premià de Dalt, Barcelona, Spain; info@my-ping.app, under Article 10.1 of Russian Federal Law 152-FZ. The purpose is a public profile, account search and helping users identify whom they interact with.

2. Exact data

Consent covers only general personal data that the subject chooses to add to a public profile: username, display name, avatar and profile description.

• It excludes phone, email, address book, IP address, device data, messages, closed chats, contacts, precise location and payment data.
• Special-category data and biometric data used for identification are not requested or covered for this purpose.

3. Actions, recipients and restrictions

Access and dissemination of those fields through Ping profile and search are allowed to an unlimited circle of internet users, potentially in multiple countries. Recipients are not authorised to use them for unlawful advertising, discrimination, harassment, sensitive profiling or incompatible purposes. The consent does not authorise transfer to third-party advertising networks.

4. Conditions, duration and withdrawal

The subject may impose additional lawful conditions or prohibitions by writing to info@my-ping.app; Ping will not reject such a request where Article 10.1 applies and will publish the required conditions within the statutory period. Consent lasts from the separate unticked checkbox until public fields are removed, the account is deleted, or a stop request is received. A request can be submitted at /privacy-request or by email and should identify the subject, contact channel, affected fields and requested conditions.

5. Evidence

The active separate checkbox, timestamp, version and hash of this text, language, registration identifiers and technical request data provide electronic evidence. Silence is not consent. This consent is separate from the Terms and does not cover processing required to perform the account contract.
