Ping Terms of Use

1. Parties and acceptance

These Terms form an agreement between the user and the Ping operator, Ilya Yuryevich Serdyukov (tax ID 344812968519), Riera de Sant Pere, 142, 08338 Premià de Dalt, Barcelona, Spain; info@my-ping.app. By completing registration after selecting the required checkbox, the user accepts this version.

Registration is for users aged 16 or older. A user must meet any higher age or parental-authorisation requirement imposed by applicable law.

2. Service and account

Ping may provide an account and profile, user search, private and group chats, spaces, messages, calls, contacts, files and media, notifications, synchronisation, settings and other functions available in the installed version. Availability may differ by platform.

• Keep devices, verification codes and recovery credentials secure.
• Do not impersonate others, bypass security, send spam, commit fraud, distribute malware or illegal content, harass people or infringe their rights.
• Report suspected compromise to info@my-ping.app.

3. User content

Rights in messages, profile information and uploads remain with their owners. The user grants Ping a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, transmit, technically transform and display content only as needed to operate the selected feature and visibility. The user is responsible for having the necessary rights and lawful grounds.

4. Privacy and public profile

Data processing is described in the Privacy Notice. The separate Russian-law consent for data made public covers only the profile fields listed there; it does not make a phone number, email, contacts, private messages or closed-chat media public.

5. Paid plans

If a paid plan is available, its price, period, contents, renewal and cancellation terms are shown before purchase and are supplemented by the Subscriptions and Payments page. Cancelling a paid plan does not delete the account or remove core free functionality beyond the disclosed plan boundary.

6. Moderation, notices and appeals

Ping has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Ping filters spam, fraud, threats, harassment, illegal and other objectionable content through user reports, technical signals, automated tools and manual review, including review before visibility where available.

A user can report objectionable content in the app and block an abusive user. Blocking immediately removes that blocked user's existing content from the blocker's feed and notifies the Ping developer and moderation team of the possible violation.

Every report is reviewed within 24 hours. When a violation is confirmed, Ping removes the objectionable content and suspends or ejects the user who provided it. Reports and appeals can also be sent to info@my-ping.app with the content's exact location, reasons and a reply contact.

Where applicable law requires, the affected user receives the fact and main grounds, territorial and time scope, role of automation and an appeal route. Appeals are considered without arbitrary discrimination. Authorities and users may use info@my-ping.app as the electronic contact point.

7. Minors

Because registration is permitted from age 16, these restrictions are written in plain language. Ping does not show profiling-based advertising to a user it knows with reasonable certainty is a minor and applies proportionate privacy, safety and security measures without having to collect extra data solely to determine age.

8. Suspension, liability and law

A user may stop using Ping and request account deletion. Ping may take proportionate action needed to stop unlawful conduct, a security threat or a material breach, subject to applicable notice and appeal rights. No term excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Governing law and jurisdiction are determined by mandatory conflict, consumer and data-protection rules.

9. Changes

A new version is published at this URL with a new date. Material changes are notified in advance where required. A new separate consent is requested where a new processing purpose legally requires it. Contact: info@my-ping.app.
