Personal Data Request

1. How to submit

Email info@my-ping.app from a channel linked to the account or use an available support feature. State the request type, account identifier and affected data. Never send a password, one-time code, private key or full bank-card number.

2. Available requests

• Access/copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable.
• Withdrawal of consent or stopping dissemination and setting conditions under Russian law.
• Appeal of an account restriction or automated security signal.

3. Verification and timing

Ping may verify account ownership with minimum additional data. Requests are handled within applicable statutory periods; a lawful extension or fee applies only where permitted. A refusal explains the reason and complaint options. A Russian Article 10.1 stop request should state name (if any), contact details, affected fields and requested restrictions; dissemination consent ends when the request is received.
